_Terms and Conditions_


1. Agreement: By hiring AOX International, client agrees to these terms.


2. Services: AOX International provides photography services, including photography sessions, editing, and delivery of digital images.


3. Payment: Client pays AOX International 50% deposit to secure booking, balance due on session date.


4. Cancellations: Client may cancel up to 7 days prior to session date, forfeiting deposit.


5. Rescheduling: One reschedule allowed, subject to availability.


6. Image Ownership: AOX International retains copyright, granting client personal use license.


7. Model Release: Client grants AOX International permission to use images for marketing.


_Privacy Policy_


1. Data Collection: AOX International collects client name, email, phone number, and session details.


2. Data Use: Information used for session preparation, communication, and marketing.


3. Data Protection: AOX International ensures data security and confidentiality.


_Refunds/Cancellations_


1. Session Cancellation: Client receives 50% refund if cancelled 7+ days prior to session date.


2. Session Rescheduling: No penalty for one reschedule, subject to availability.


3. Package/Print Refunds: No refunds for digital packages or print orders.


_Additional_


1. Limitation of Liability: AOX International not liable for unforeseen events (e.g., weather, illness).


2. Governing Law: [India] laws govern this agreement.
